Dr Abdirahman Aden Hussein is a legal and constitutional law specialist with a PhD in Law and Comparative Jurisprudence. He currently serves as a lecturer at Somali National University, where he teaches and conducts research in constitutional law, comparative legal systems, and governance. In addition, he is the Country Director for the American American Relief Agency for the Horn of Africa (ARAHA), overseeing programmes that strengthen legal frameworks and institutional capacity in Somalia. His expertise bridges academia and practice, contributing to informed legal analysis and policy research.
